Floriade in Canberra

Just backtracking through my old blog and finding some of the stuff that never got posted.
Everyone thinks that Canberra is a really boring place. I will hardly deny it, but there are some nice quirks about the place, 2 main ones being Floriade and Skyfire.
Floriade is a flower exhibition every Spring. They cover the entire Commonwealth Park in flowers. The flowers are arranged in patterns, according to a theme. In 2004, it was a space theme, and the flowers were arranged to make up designs like solar systems etc.
